The Promoter is: Soleia Photography (ABN: 65 499 569 950) of Blackwall NSW Australia. The above mentioned companies will be hereinafter jointly referred to as the ‘Promoter.’

1.Competition Date: The competition will run from 7:00PM (AEST) Monday 11th December 2023 until 5:59PM (AEST) Monday 1st January 2024. 

2. The Prize: Will consist of one (1) POLE DANCE PHOTOSHOOT at a location deemed by the Promoter. The photoshoot will occur on Saturday the 9th of March 2024. 

Shoot includes:

• 1 hr shoot time 

• 10 edits 

• 2 x outfit changes 

Total Prize Value: $400

3. To enter participants must like, tag and share the Instagram post. Participants must be over the age of 16 and an Australian resident to win. 

4. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.

5. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

6. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

7. The winner will be randomly selected, via a random name generator site and announced on the Promoter’s Instagram page at 6:30PM on Monday 1st January 2024. 

8. The winner will then be announced via social media on the Soleia Photography Instagram page. 

9. The winner must then message the Promoter to redeem their prize. If the prize is not claimed within 48 hours another entrant will be chosen at random until the prize is claimed. 

10. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

11. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

12. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
